TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By downloading any free or chargeable products advertised herein, or browsing this web site for any of our information, courses, services or products created by HHCEs you agree that you are bound to the terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at any time at HHCE’s sole discretion. (The terms and conditions are listed on the website and can be viewed prior to any purchase and again at time of product purchase).

By visiting, accessing or otherwise using the web site after a change has been posted to the site, the customer accepts that change. Customers should check these terms and conditions each time they visit. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal contract between the customer and HHCEs. By visiting, browsing, shopping, purchasing products, booking, accessing or otherwise using the site or the services or courses we offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, do not use this web site or HHCEs offered services or products.

Right to Refuse Services:

For the benefit of all of our customers and the right to preserve the intellectual property rights of our material, HHCE reserves the right to refuse anyone from making a purchase from the HHCEs website.

This also applies to re-subscription to HHCEs if requested by a returning customer. HHCEs will provide a reason as to why the re-subscription might be refused, eg. a concern regarding breach of copyright of materials. Further explanation of copyright breaches can be referred to in the Copyright Notice and Terms and Conditions available on the website.

Delivery Policy for HHCEs Publications

Full payment for publications and associated material must be received via our secure online payment gateway before access to the secure download area of the website is granted.

Payment for publications can be made via Mastercard,  Bankcard or Visa. In exceptional circumstances we may accept methods of payment that are not online transactions, such as BACs personal cheques, postal money orders or cash. This form of payment must be discussed and agreed upon by HHCEs.

Once payment has been received, the customer will be informed by email. The customer can then login to the download area of the website, and access the purchased item(s) for download, once they have been published and uploaded by HHCEs.

The downloadable items will be stored in the customers Orders area and will be available for download at any time

All publications and associated material are currently provided in pdf format. Once an item is downloaded by the customer, our records are updated and a record of purchase is kept for accounting and marketing purposes.

At any stage, if a customer is experiencing problems on taking delivery of a publication, they can contact HHCEs support via our contact details info@homeheatingcarbonemissions.com or our phone number listed on the website.

Return Policy:

HHCEs does not issue refunds after publications and associated material have been downloaded and delivered to the end user, who is responsible for understanding the terms and conditions upon purchasing from our site.

However if a customer finds a functional error in a publication, they can contact us at info@homeheatingcarbonemissions.com and we will rectify any errors and provide the corrected material to the customer as soon as possible.

Breaches of these terms and conditions

Without prejudice to HHCEs other rights under these terms and conditions, if a subscriber breaches these terms and conditions in any way, HHCEs may take such action as deemed appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending subscriber access to the publication, prohibiting subscribers from accessing the publications, and/or bringing court proceedings against subscriber.

Variation

HHCEs may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of publications from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on our website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

Assignment

HHCEs may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying subscribers or obtaining subscriber consent.

Subscribers may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with their rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.

Severability

If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

Exclusion of third party rights

These terms and conditions are for the benefit of subscribers and HHCEs, and are not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party. The exercise of subscribers and HHCEs rights in relation to these terms and conditions is not subject to the consent of any third party.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with UK & RoI law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK and RoI.
